My consulting room is based in Mandora House, a Grade II listed building in Aldershot which was previously a historic British Army Officer's mess.

There is an on site café and free parking.

Aldershot Enterprise Centre, Mandora House, Gallwey Road, Aldershot, Hampshire, GU11 2PW (postal address, please use GU11 2DD for sat nav).

Directions:

• From Ordnance Road access Gallwey Road.
• Pass the Alpine Snowsports Ski Slope on your right and stay on the road passing Thornhill Barracks on the right and the military cemetery on your left.
• You will arrive at a manned barrier (just tell them you're coming to Mandora House to see Dr Gray).
• Follow the road taking a sharp right-hand bend.
• The back of Mandora House will be on your left. Drive to the end of the building and turn left, which will bring you to the front of Mandora House.
• The car park is on the right. Parking is free.
